Sending a Client a Cash Flow Check

This feature allows you to trigger a proactive reminder to ecourage your clients to check their cash flow. You can also run a cash flow check yourself for that client by asking about it in the Ask & Train Panel. Simply follow these steps.

Important Note

All actions triggered are sent to every connected user in the business. If there is an issue with sending a message, for example that there are no connected users, Aider will let you know.

  1. Head to the Action centre panel and select ‘Send Client Cash Flow Check’.


  1. An example message is displayed to show what your client will be receiving.


At this stage, there are two options of sending out the message to your client. You can either


  1. Schedule an automatic fortnightly reminder that is sent on the 2nd and 16th of each month.
  2. Send a reminder now.
