Sending a Client a Reconciliation Request

This feature allows you to trigger a proactive reminder to keep your clients on top of their Xero reconciliation. All you have to do is follow these simple steps.

Important Note

All actions triggered are sent to every connected user in the business. If there is an issue with sending a message, for example that there are no connected users, Aider will let you know.

  1. Head to the Action centre panel and select ‘Send Client Reconciliation Request’.
  2. An example message is displayed to show what your client will be receiving.

At this stage, there are two options of sending out the message to your client. You can either


  1. Schedule an automatic fortnightly reminder that is sent on the 2nd and 16th of each month.
  2. Send a reminder now. The content of the message will depend on what time of the month it is and either send the middle of the month or the end of the month message.
